Founder & Owner
I call Deep South Mississippi home, where sweet tea is practically a personality trait and good branding is my love language. I've been living and breathing marketing, advertising, and graphic design since 2014, and somewhere along the way I picked up two First Place awards from the Mississippi Press Association for my design work. Not too shabby, right?
I help businesses find their voice and look good doing it. Whether that's building a brand from the ground up, designing a website that actually works, creating scroll-stopping social media, or bringing ideas to life through print, I'm all about helping businesses stand out instead of blending in.
When I'm not glued to my computer convincing myself that one more tweak will be the last one (it never is), you'll probably find me at a local music venue cheering on my husband's band, wandering the aisles of HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, or Ulta with my bonus daughter, or telling myself I don't need another candle (I usually lose that argument). I love books, tacos, cats, and a good Target run. Basically, if it involves good company, good food, or finding something I definitely didn't go shopping for, I'm in.
Around here, you'll get honest advice, creative ideas, and someone who's just as invested in your business as you are. No cookie-cutter marketing. No fluff. Just strategy, creativity, and a little Southern sass.

Meet Louisa
Associate Designer
Hi, I’m Louisa Shows, Associate Designer at EPD.
Art has been a huge part of who I am since I was a little girl.
I’ve always loved drawing, creating, and finding beauty in the little things. I began pursuing art in 2010, and while I was in college,
I discovered my passion for graphic design. After graduating from the University of Southern Mississippi, I decided to call
Hattiesburg home.
For nearly ten years, I tried to quiet that creative part of myself while life moved in different directions. But becoming a mom changed everything. My two daughters reminded me what it looks like to create without fear, dream without limits, and embrace the things that make you come alive. They inspired me to reconnect with the little girl who fell in love with art all those years ago, and I haven’t looked back since.
Today, I live in Hattiesburg with my husband, our two beautiful daughters, and our two dogs. I also own Sunlit Haze Creative, where I create original paintings and artwork that reflect my love for color, light, and storytelling.
I’m so excited to be part of the Electric Peony Designs team and can’t wait to help clients bring their marketing vision to life. Whether it’s building a brand, creating eye-catching graphics, or telling your story through thoughtful design, I believe the best work happens when creativity and purpose come together.
